Responsibilities:
Competent to handle the meat processing of pork carcasses
Process raw meat, deboning, chopping and slicing of pork, etc.
Able to work with no or little supervision.
Able to work in cold room temperature.
Ensure required workplace safety and hygiene standards are followed. Ensure deboned pork comply with food safety standards.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in meat processing is required.
Candidates are required to handle heavy pork carcasses and pork parts.
Physically fit.
The ability to foster teamwork as deboning is part of team.
