Assistant Store Manager (Cafe)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Instructing crew members on proper handling practices and excellent customer service
  • Implementing food handling and safety guidelines
  • Overseeing the daily activities of the Crew Members
  • Scheduling work shifts and ensuring that the Crew Members report on time
  • Ensuring that the store and kitchen equipment are in proper working order
  • Keeping a track of store supplies and placing orders for new stock
  • Addressing customer queries and complaints
  • Advising customers on menu items and other pricing details
  • Training and mentoring new Crew Members

Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Crew Leader or Crew Member in the F&B industry
  • Holding a valid food handler’s license or certification in food safety mandatory
  • Complete knowledge of various food handling practices, guidelines, and industry standards
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated, hygienic, and detail-oriented individual
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
  • Ability to offer excellent customer service

Working hours

  • 5 days / 44 hours (Including weekends and PH)
