- Recruitment and selection of employees
- Handle HR function includes recruitment, work pass application and cancellation including IR21 and levy claim, leave management, payroll processing and other HR related matter.
- Submission of CPF contribution, IR8A, government related claims.
- Processing of foreign worker work pass related matters
- Resolving employee grievances, disciplining and counseling employees.
- Administration of company insurance and license and medical insurance claims
- Process resignation, computation of leave balance and preparation of acceptance of letters to exit clearance
- Assist in updating HR policies and procedure.
- Keep track of all office equipment, validate of staff claims
- Liaise with Worker Dormitory
- Attend to Governmental Agencies survey, e.g. MOM HR survey, BCA, etc
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
