We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As a Personal Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Aethir, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and personal tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO)'s daily life.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CFO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in coordinating and managing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and draft documents as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in all communications.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners as needed.
  • Assist in organizing and attending meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the CFO.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Some knowledge of legal and finance concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in Mandarin is mandatory to communicate with internal stakeholders.
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
