Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end payroll process for employees.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee timesheets, allowances, and deductions.
- Calculate and process monthly payroll.
- Prepare payroll reports for management review.
- Handle payroll queries from employees and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain necessary payroll information.
- Stay updated on payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Assist in other HR administrative tasks as required.
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a manufacturing MNC.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and processes.
- Proficient in using payroll software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
