We are seeking a Workflow Developer who will implement business processes to improve operational efficiency, employee engagement and the customer experience.
As a Workflow Developer, you will be actively involved in reviewing and implementing workflows and should have excellent UX and UI skills and customer service activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and develop end-to-end workflow processes on workflow platforms such as Netsuite and Cognito Forms
- Be responsible for the quality of deliverables and follow standards / best practices
- Participate in the testing process through code review and functional testing
- Create and manage reports, visualisations, and dashboards on the workflow platform
- Write and maintain appropriate documentation to describe application development and logic
- Identify performance improvements in existing functionality and recommend enhancements
- Involve in Projects that will enhance efficiency and increase productivity
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree/Diploma in IT or related fields
- At least 2 years’ working experience in workflow development and UI/ UX design
- Experience with programming languages such as PL/SQL coding, Java scripting & basic java knowledge, HTML, DOT net
- Experience in working with Netsuite and/or Cognito Forms desired
- Good uderstanding of software design, implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
- Interest in web & mobile technologies
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in spoken English, possesses good written skills
- Must be available to work on weekends, night shift, public holidays when required
