About the Role
We are seeking a self-starter, proactive and dynamic Sales Representative with prior corporate sales experience to join our team in promoting and selling our range of Sustainable Guest Amenities to hotels, resorts, and other hospitality establishments around the region.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and helping clients achieve their goals with our solutions.
The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plan to identify and target potential clients in the travel and hospitality industry
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends, and tailor sales approach accordingly
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events and trade shows
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Present product demonstrations and samples to potential clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and value proposition of our solutions
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to coordinate sales efforts, fulfil orders, and address client inquiries and concerns
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue performance
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, pipeline development, and market insights
- Any other duties as assigned by Management
- Working collaboratively with GUAVA team members around the world

ii. Skills
- Ability to communicate fluently with English native speakers
- Ability to speak French, Japanese, Vietnamese or Tagalog is a plus
- Corporate sales experience is preferred
- Experience in hospitality, luxury and/or lifestyle industry, having worked for hotel, airlines, luxury or lifestyle brand or in a role where you are building relationships with hotels/airlines
