- Oversee in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Provide a high quality of service and deliver excellent dining experience to all the guests.
- Respond to customer complaints professionally and provide service recovery
- Ensure the quality is up to standard for all food served
- Gather feedback to improve the customer’s experience
- Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time
