Job Description:
- Prepare full set shipment documentation.
- Liaise with store and freight forwarders for timely clearance and delivery.
- Attend to customer enquiries with regards to shipping or export documents.
- Compile and maintain shipping records.
- Ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Tradenet Certificate and Oracle System User Knowledge would be an added advantage
- Strong analytical, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, self-driven, independent and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
