Description:
• Assist handle project management, leading, and managing workers.
• Assist create and maintaining project documentation.
• Assist review project plans and specifications, feedback on the design, scheduling, and cost-saving measures, and identifying potential construction problems.
• Conduct regular technical / site/coordination meetings to ensure time, cost, and quality targets are fully met.
• Assist prepare project deficiency lists and monitoring projects towards timely completion according to schedule.
• Perform risk management, and enforce site safety standards are in order.
Requirements:
• Certificate in Architecture, Civil Engineering, M&E Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or higher qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Familiar with Autocad software.
