- Working on the development, implementation and evaluation of clinical quality and patient safety strategies, programmes and initiatives.
- Track and review the clinical departments’ Mortality & Morbidity submissions, monitor and follow-up on the action plans.
- Development of appropriate, feasible interventions and solutions to eliminate, reduce or mitigate issues identified from clinical incidents
- Identification of existing and emerging clinical risks in the organisation, and the design of corresponding risk management measures.
Job Requirements
- Min Degree in any health science course
- Able to commence work shortly
