Job Responsibilities
- Daily operations for Air freight (Export & Import)
- To process all types of import & outward permits including preparation of export documentations
- Support in arranging import shipments & delivery arrangements
- Liaising with External and Internal Stakeholders for shipment status and handling
- To be responsible for maintaining acceptable and accurate inventory levels
- Monitor storage utilization levels for various storage systems
- Organize transportation activities, update inventory, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary
- Ensure all data are updated correctly in system
- Filing of documents
- Other assignment assigned by the management
Job Requirements
- Possess Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding with the understanding of incoterms will be an advantage
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional customer service and follow up skills
