Specific Responsibilities:
1. Manage and lead business development (locally and overseas), sales pitching activities, handling lighting design proposals, client management, project management, internal operations
2. Understanding of project requirements; reply email and phone enquiries from internal and external persons; on-site project management, client relationship management, manage projects deliverables timeline and cost
3. Research and reaching out to new prospects (locally and overseas), improving relationships of existing clientele, engage in marketing publicity outreaching events that improves the company branding and exposure
Role Competencies:
1. Having at least 5 years experience in construction, facility management, lighting, architecture, electrical electronic industries
2. Have knowledge in reading and interpreting build construction layout and plans
3. Able to work independantly, a self starter to achieve company goals and assigned tasks
4. Good communicator, able to manage various stakeholders (internal and external) to achieve required goals
5. Able to think strategically and lead by example by executing required work on the ground
This is a 6 months trainee program where the individual that can successfully clear the program have a chance to convert to full time.
