- To oversee and lead functionally the migration of SAP S/4HANA systems from on-premises to Private Cloud. To play a critical role in managing the integration of Finance modules, deploy migration processes and coordinate with different stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end migration of the In House Cash module, including Internal Payments Management, In-House Banking, Bank Account Management, and other related financial modules within SAP ERP.
- Lead the migration of the Central Finance module (CFIN) and ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
- Coordinate the integration work stream with other SAP modules such as Master Data Governance (MDG), Receivable Management (RM), Advance Payment Module (APM), and Financial Integration (FI)
- Collaborate with basis & technology teams to address infrastructure requirements and ensure compatibility with the Private Cloud environment.
- Lead the System Integration Test (SIT) phase, ensuring comprehensive testing of all integrated modules and functionalities.
- Assist users in completing the User Acceptance Test (UAT), addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Lead the system cutover process, including data migration, configuration changes, and final system validation.
- Work with Project Manager to manage the go-live process, coordinating activities to minimize downtime and ensure a smooth transition to the Private Cloud environment.
- Assist Project Manager to provide hyper care upon completion of system migration and version upgrade.
