Responsibilities:
- Partnering business leaders and line managers to provide advisory on all HR related matters.
- Work with key stakeholders to develop plans on current and future state staffing and/or skill needs.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Manage the recruitment and selection of all staff to ensure the compliance of recruitment and selection policies and procedures.
- Manage new hiring onboarding & offboarding.
- Assist in HR developing policies & procedures, job evaluation, employee engagement survey, performance appraisal and retention plan.
- Develop employee engagement strategies and drive activities to improve internal communication and employee bonding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or Business
- Min 3 years of experience in a HRBP & Talent Acquisition role
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- People oriented and results driven
