Construction General Foreman- Job Duties
1. Oversee day to day operations
2. Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans
3. Allocating general and daily responsibilities
4. Supervise oversees the production process of Prefabrication Components Manufacturing, ensures safety, quality, and efficiency, and communicates with other departments.
5. Plan, direct, or coordinate the manufacturing operations of the company.
6. Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with quality standards.
7. Be instrumental in development and maintenance of Prefabrication Components Manufacturing, quality standards and production techniques
8. Train new hires and provide ongoing training.
9. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to ensure that materials are available when needed.
10. Manage safety, quality and assure goals are meet.
11. Review bills of material and shop orders for accuracy.
12. Ensure a safe working environment is maintained at all times.
13. Able to multitask and assist with decision making.
14. Reporting to the Delivery Manager you would be in charge of all aspects of a Precast Team
Construction General Foreman- Requirements
1. Singapore Building and Construction Authority Skills Evaluation Certificate level-1
2. Minimum 10 years’ experience in Supervise oversees the production process of Prefabrication Components Manufacturing for construction.
3. Knowledge and experience in precast and prefabricated building components to improve construction productivity.
4. Capable to carry heavy materials for the production operations.
5. Strong attention to safety and quality
6. The candidate would need able to manage themselves, plan their own work, think ahead, and be comfortable with all aspects of a construction project.
7. Must be a good team player
