The Job
- Execution of digitalisation projects at the Lighter Terminals and allocate projects in the Division
- Lead in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system changes and implementation
- Collaborate with Organisation Operating Model Transformation Team on optimisation projects for the Lighterage Industry
- Manage set project timelines and milestones, and ensure projects are kept on track with completion of project deliverables
- Manage project budget and resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization of resources
- Schedule tasks and coordinate with various team members to accomplish project objectives in a timely manner
- Provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders on project progress
- Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes as needed, fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented environment
Job Requirement
- Minimum degree in relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Manage ground operation productivity monitoring parameters
- Lead in implementation of continuous improvements in operations processes
- Develop and implement operational workflow
- Drive positive changes and ensure implementation of agree set action plans
- Optimize operations planning, identifying and rectifying bottlenecks and impediments to smooth operations flow including day-to-day troubleshooting
