Our company is seeking a highly motivated Sales Supervisor to lead a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise, motivate, and train a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals
Create and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
Monitor and manage team members' pipelines to ensure performance expectations are met
Provide regular reports to management on team performance and progress towards targets
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales in a supervisor role
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to forecast and strategize based on data
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
