Responsibilities:
Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with business departments · Understand the business from financial aspects.
Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin.
Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances.
Prepares comprehensive reports and presents business financial information.
Providing analysis and delivering insight that links finance to business strategies.
Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts.
Analyse and hedge various fiat and risk exposure.
Manage position and forecast.
Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis.
Performs other related duties when necessary.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
At least 5 to 8 years of experience as a Finance business partner or in accounting.
Effectively bilingual, able to speak in fluent Mandarin to liaise with chinese counterparts
Independent learner with strong leadership skills.
Visionary and strategic thinker with a proven track record for growing operations in a challenging economic environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Application.
Creative and proactive approach to problem solving.
