Responsibilities
- Coordination with both external and internal stakeholders for all sales matters
- Coordination with Production for delivery planning
- Liaise with customers on all aspect of delivery
- Liaise with freight forwarding companies
- Prepare shipping documents including invoice and packing list

Requirements
- MS office competency
- Min. O level, equivalent or higher
- English and Chinese proficiency including reading and typing
- Experience with CRM system will be added advantage
- Shipment forwarding experience will also be added advantage
