- Handling and monitoring the progress of the project
- Familiar with structural or architectural works
- Attend meetings, coordinate, prepare works schedule and site supervision
- Ensure works are carried out in accordance with relevant regulations
- Responsible for all issue concerns on-site or ad-hoc duties ad and when directed
