Our client is seeking a vibrant Customer Service Executive to join their team.
Job Scope
- Addressing customer inquiries on airfreight services, rates, schedules, and documentation.
- Coordinating internally for smooth shipment processing.
- Managing booking, pickups, and tracking for customers.
- Resolving customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensuring compliance with airfreight regulations and customs.
- Updating milestone events promptly.
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions and shipments.
- Collaborating with operations to enhance service.
- Communicating delays or issues to customers
Requirement
- Applicant should have an experience of 2 to 3 years in the freight forwarding industry
- Minimum education level of O Level / Diploma in any discipline
Other Details
- Location: The Signature @ Changi Business Park
- Salary Range: S$3000 to S$4000
- Working days: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30am) / Alternate Sat (8.30am to 12.30pm)
