Job Scope
- Assist in daily AR & AP accounts operation
- Data entries of finance record into accounting system accurately
- Processing of invoices for clients and vendors
- Tracking & Reconcile expenses and employee reimbursement & vendor payment
- Assist in payment transfer to vendors by bank transfer
- Ensuring costing are met when complete jobs are billed by Operation team
- Month end closing of accounts in Freight Forwarding System
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned
Requirement
- Diploma in Accounting
- 3 – 5 Years of Accounting Experience in Freight Forwarding Industries
