Location: Tai Seng
Working hours: 8.30am - 6.20pm (Mon - Thur), 8.30am - 6.10pm (Fri)
Responsibilities:
- Supervisor the front-end manufacturing operations, including ungraded stock to be loaded, on each manufacturing to ensure loading is as per load plan issued.
- Ensure lines are continuously fed with ungraded stock as per plan throughout the entire production day.
- Constantly monitoring the performance of the manufacturing lines
- Train all staff to achieve required competency level before assigning to the station and constantly monitoring their performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems such as hardware issues
- Monitor the entire operations and ensure staff discipline at all times.
- Other ad hoc duties
Requirements:
· Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
· At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a fast-paced electronics related manufacturing environment, preferably within peripherals or mobile sector
· Experience supervising a workforce of at least 50 staffs
