Job Description
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations and work closely with the operations team and clinics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist the Operations Manager in implementation of initiatives & projects/workflows roll-out.
- Assist to new application set-up and renewal of licenses – NEA and other licensing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and documentation.
- To perform administrative work, maintain proper filling, prepare reports, documents
- To support clinics and monitor their adherence to HQ internal control procedures/SOPs.
- Coordination with internal departments, clinics, and clients to bring about optimal processes for the benefit of patients and the organization
- Maintains clinic(s) supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the operations team
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare industry is an advantage
- Diploma in any discipline with minimum 3 years' working experience
- Demonstrated experience in managing and building relationships with varied stakeholders and driving change management
- Entrepreneurial mind-set: Ability to think outside of the box and comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong learning and problem-solving capability
- Able to multi-task and strive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills.
