Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the IT sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Customer Service Manager to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the company’s primary liaison for customer communications
- Collaborate with the Quoting Specialist to ensure the timely provision of pricing information
- Facilitate the coordination of significant global bidding processes within the defined timelines
- Oversee the key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), while also assisting to address any service level concerns.
- Ensure the timely delivery of tracking/business reports to the various customers
- Collaborate with both customers/vendors to resolve process-related matters
- Maintain/Develop daily customers’ relationships via email, phone, or in-person interactions
- Identify area of improvement to enhance operational efficiency
- Work alongside various stakeholders to conceptualize/execute new initiatives for the various customers
- Keep customers well-informed about their order/query statuses, and prioritize their needs accordingly
- Oversee the submission of accurate forecasts, ensuring timely submission
- Participate in the necessary internal/external product training sessions
- All other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field of studies
- Minimum 3 years of relevant Customer Service/Sales Support experience
