Job Summary:
The incumbent will report to the Senior Finance and Operations Manager and will be
responsible for handling day-to-day operations in the department.
This role is on a 1-year contract, with renewal or conversion opportunities based on individual performance and business requirements.
Job Duties:
- Handle accounts receivables and accounts payable
- Handle the day-to-day transactions
- Monthly account reconciliation including bank reconciliation
- Other administrative and ad-hoc assignment as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- 2-3 years of related working experience, preferably in the retail industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Able to commence immediately or within short notice
