Contract duration: 6 months
Location: Tampines North
Salary: Up to $3500
Working hours: Mon - Fri (830am - 6pm)
Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and manage candidate information
- Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics to management
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Preferably Diploma/ Degree holder with relevant working experience.
- Good knowledge of the Employment Act.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Preferred to have at least 1 year of relevant experience working in for a fast-paced environment
