Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties
- Provide secretarial support, including managing of calendars and meeting appointments
- Process work pass applications and renewals
- Overseas visa applications and booking of air tickets
- Other ad hoc duties
Requirements:
- At least GCE 'O' Level / Diploma / ITE
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc)
- Able to work independently
- Willingness to work in Loyang area
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
