Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Provide secretarial support, including managing of calendars and meeting appointments
  • Process work pass applications and renewals
  • Overseas visa applications and booking of air tickets
  • Other ad hoc duties


Requirements:

  • At least GCE 'O' Level / Diploma / ITE
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc)
  • Able to work independently
  • Willingness to work in Loyang area
  • Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
