Our client is a reputable company in medical-related products manufacturer. They are looking for dependent and flexible personnel to support the accounting function and logistics duties.
Job Description:
- Finance
Company fund management (cashflow, FD placement, standing order, Giro) - Accounting
AP, AR, GL, Bank reconciliation, prepare monthly Financial Statement according to accounting standards via online accounting system (Xero)
E-file GST returns quarterly
Compile monthly sales report
Liaise with the Auditor for the annual Audit
Compile annual financial statement - HR
Payroll
check claims for local and overseas staff
Issue payslip
E-submit CPF contribution
E-submit annual income for local staff
Update leave
Submit employee income records annually (AIS) - Logistics
Inventory (Warehouse and Office)
Sales Administration
Inbound / Outbound arrangement
Direct shipment arrangement
Local Delivery arrangement
Procurement arrangement - Administration and office management such as office maintenance and supplies replenishment
Job Requirements:
- Degree (or equivalent) qualification or significant experience in a similar role may be considered instead of academic requirements
- Having job knowledge of accounting and logistics procedures to successfully and competently fulfill the responsibilities above
- Experience in handling a Form D
- Experience of working at a small/start-up company
- Excellent knowledge of computer office standard applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint will be a plus
- Professionalism: Ability to perform a broad range of Accounting and Logistics functions. Voluntary and proactive attitude. Ability to multi-task. Capacity to work well under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
- Communication: Excellent communication and organizational skills, including regular updates to the supervisor regarding progress on required duties and the status of any projects
- Teamwork: Good interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relations in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity
