The Finance Executive/Accountant will assist in providing financial and administrative support to colleagues and stakeholders.
Our ideal candidate must have a good knowledge for finance and accounting work, is meticulous and has a high level of numeracy as well as excellent attention to detail. This candidate should also have strong analytical and reporting skills, and be good at problem solving. We are also looking for a team-player with a good working attitude, pleasant and amicable.
Responsibilities:
· Accurately record all financial transactions
· Knowledge and experience in full set of bookkeeping including accounts payable and accounts receivable
· Preparing detailed general ledger, profit & loss and balance sheet statements
· Processing invoices, billing and following up of payments
· Performing bank reconciliation
· Assisting in preparing budgets and financial forecasts
· Participating in financial audits
· Assisting with the implementation of financial policies
· Any other accounting-related matters as needed
· Provide administrative assistance and coverage when required
· Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
· Diploma in Accountancy/Business/Finance and up to two (2) years of relevant working experience
· Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
· Time-management and organization skills
