Perform nursing, counselling and education for persons with diabetes, and outreach to community in the fight against diabetes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide diabetes complication screening
- Coordinate and conduct diabetes education
- Assist with administration e.g. nurse roster, ciommunity outreach

Working hours (8.30 am to 5pm)
