Responsibilities:
- Administer Office 365 services, manage user accounts and licenses, and ensure data compliance.
- Configure and manage Microsoft Defender and ThreatLocker to protect against malware and manage application security.
- Manage and secure employee devices using Intune, policy deployment, app management.
- Administer Azure AD and manage cloud identities, along with SharePoint and Exchange services in the cloud.
- Manage FortiGate firewall settings, oversee VPN configurations with FortiClient.
- Configure and maintain Aruba Instant On for reliable wireless connectivity.
- Oversee Cloudflare WAF settings to secure web applications against threats and DNS management.
- Support and troubleshoot Windows 11, including system errors, compatibility issues, and hardware integration; manage updates and configurations.
- Manage server operations using VMware vCenter, including virtual server instances, performance monitoring, security policies, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Utilize IT ticketing systems to manage user requests and track resolution progress.
- Monitor and analyze security events using Log360 SIEM.
- Support Microsoft Teams for communication, and develop workflows and apps with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.
