- Assist Project Director to lead the site/production team in ensuring smooth execution of work.
- Support the Project Director in various project management tasks, including shop drawing preparation, scheduling, work planning, and communication with consultants and subcontractors.
- Oversee the workflow of LED display production across various customer projects.
- To review the equipment/material requisitions.
- To plan ahead of schedule so that the problems can be resolved before they have an impact on the cost, overall schedule and quality.
- Manage day-to-day site/production operations, including supervising and monitoring the labour force.
- Liaise with authorities, customers, contractors and consultants.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of shop drawings for approval, ensuring compliance with LTA and BCA requirements.
- Facilitate coordination with steel structural and M&E teams to ensure alignment with architectural specifications.
- Review and source for supplier for LED Display related equipment.
- To draft quotation based on customers’ requirement.
- Manage correspondence and documentation with customers and contractors.
- Resolve any technical difficulties and problem that may arise on site/production.
- Attend consultant and subcontractor meetings to address site issues, technical challenges, and monitor project progress.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive site reports, schedules, and method statements.
- Review project specifications and provide technical clarifications as necessary.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Any other ad-hoc duties or projects as and when assigned by the Project Director.
- Diploma/Degree holder in Engineering (Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in electrical preferably in the digital signage background
