Job Responsibilities
- To plan, lead, execute, and review work activities and projects (on-site)
- Coordinate and provide consultancy for environmental sustainable development projects.
- Preparation of design and technical specifications for tenders.
- Involved in energy audit, Green Mark assessment, and LEED Certification
- Collaborate with your peers, ensure all assigned projects and contractual obligations are met within a timely completion schedule, and ensure quality service delivery for clients.
- Prepare tender documents for the bidding of environmental sustainable development projects
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Sustainable Building Design
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience. Those with fewer years will be considered for Senior ESD
- Ability to perform building energy-saving calculations and sustainable simulation
- Possess good interpersonal skills
- A hands-on individual who is positive, proactive, and driven
- Team player with good communication skills
- Meticulous and able to organize work effectively
