Job Description:
- Develop marketing materials such as name cards, posters, banners, etc., as well as proposal kits.
- Aid in content creation for various mediums including blogs/articles, case studies, white papers, product descriptions, direct mailers, marketing collaterals, partners' kits, press releases, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Ensure brand identity is effectively integrated into all marketing materials.
- Design collaterals like product brochures, posters, and banners for both online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Create illustrations to enhance design elements.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining graphic standards, templates, and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and brand awareness.
- Manage website content using WordPress and related plugins, ensuring compatibility across different browsers, platforms, and devices.
- Maintain and expand the library of communication assets, updating existing templates and creating new designs as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of produced work, and archive completed projects as well as competitor materials.
- Participate in photography and videography for internal and external events.
- Oversee print or production processes from initial concept to final delivery.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to fulfill marketing material requirements.
- Provide support to the marketing and communications team in maintaining corporate image and managing event logistics.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Possession of a Diploma in Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or an equivalent field.
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in utilizing Adobe's desktop publishing software, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, as well as Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with web management tools, particularly WordPress and its related plugins, is preferred.
- Good understanding and proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, jQuery, PHP, and MySQL.
- Ability to empathize with others' perspectives and effectively manage feedback and comments.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a team, coupled with a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a positive work ethic.
