Job Description
- Provide facilities management services such as preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture and security management through contractors.
- Check reported breakdowns and find out their cuases to prevent future occurences.
- Manage projects for the shopping mall assigned.
- Carry out work plans and programmes as per Client's guidelines and SOP.
- Deal with questions and concerns from shop tenants and general public relating to the mall.
- Coordinate meetings and events such as logistics supports, raising of invoices and obtaining quotations.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience (residential or building property experience included)
- Preferably possess certification for Fire Safety Manager.
- Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Service orientated mindset.
