Respond to customer enquiries on requirements
and hiring of MDWs (Migrant Domestic Workers)
Conduct Interviews with potential MDWs from
overseas training centres.
Shortlist suitable MDWs for customer selections
Schedule and arrange interviews for customers.
Handle phone and email enquiries from
customers
Handle after sales services issues for customers
and MDWs
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word,
Excel)
Able to work independently and in a team.
Prior experience in a maid agency is an
advantage. With CEI.
