Responsibilities and Tasks here:
Job Purpose: To be one of the change-makers who can co-drive process improvement aligned with the business and strategy intent to make banking joyful for our customers and fulfillment for our employees. To drive ecosystem play between the bank and external partners by supporting the testing cycle of an end-to-end digital mortgage onboarding workflow.
- Support the running of ideation workshops to conceptualized various process improvement strategy to make banking joyful for our customers and fulfilment for our employees.
- Drive operational excellence in processes and governance.
- Identify areas of improvement / optimization / automation within the internal processes and workflow.
- To have exposure to participate in regular discussions with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization.
- Assist in the high-level testing cycle of an end-to-end digital mortgage onboarding workflow.
- Perform live verification outside normal office hours for system implementation.
- To learn on how to take on ad-hoc tasks effectively based on internal and regulatory requirements.
- Comply with external regulations and internal requirements.
