- Coordinate and arrange sales campaigns and events.
- Provide administrative assistance to the sales team.
- Attend sales meetings if needed.
- Recommend necessary courses for funding and ensure enrollment within the registration period.
- Establish and implement an effective documentation and filing system for both physical and digital records.
- Carry out administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth functioning of the office.
- Providing the secretarial support to the Executives Level, involving tasks such as managing schedules and handling some paperwork.
- Assist in managing the business travel matters.
- Issue and handle data entry, documentation, sorting, answer phone call& reply email.
- Responsible to provide support when there is visitor come from overseas.
- Any other ad-hoc duties when required.
