Hotel Maintenance Technician
Chin Swee Rd (near Chinatown MRT)
6 days (8 hrs/day including 45 mins break)
Shift hours: 7am – 3pm; 3pm – 11pm; 11pm – 7am
$2000-$2300
Responsibilities:
- Attend to guest room and public area maintenance as reported by Front Office and Housekeeping.
- Carrying out preventive maintenance of all electrical installations and equipment.
- Other tasks and responsibilities includes upkeeping and maintenance of fixtures & fittings, carpentry, painting and plumbing works.
Requirements:
- Possess minimum National Technical Certificate – 3 (NTC 3)
- Able to perform 3 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
