Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.
- Monitor and enforce safety and security protocols.
- Analyze and forecast warehouse capacity and resource needs.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes.
- Generate reports on warehouse performance and key metrics.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
- Prior experience with OOG (out-of-gauge) cargoes and Project Cargo will be an added advantage.
