To work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to raise the profile and enhance the image of the department both internally and externally. To also work closely with both the Clinical and Ops HODs to plan and carry out strategic staff engagement and welfare events.
Responsibilities:
- Execute organization's development and advancement initiatives to build interest and ownership of philanthropy in pushing the envelope of healthcare giving for patient care, education and research causes.
- Coordinate the engagement, solicitation and stewardship effort of key development activities in close collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Assist in conceptualisation and execution of creative touch points such as events planning, engagement activities, collaterals & materials development and gift recognition.
- Coordinate the administration of gift including gift processing, database management, liaising with fund committees
- Other related administrative support as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Management or Mass Communications;
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in events, marketing/ communications, preferably in healthcare setting;
- Creative, meticulous, with good interpersonal skills;
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills;
- A team player who is also able to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is expected; and
- Proficient use of Adobe Photoshop, Canva and/or other media software to work on creatives is a plus.
