Windows Server
- Design, install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and IIS.
- Manage and monitor system performance, capacity, and availability to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.
- Implement and oversee virtualization strategies using Hyper-V and Azure.
- Plan and execute migrations to Azure, optimizing for cost, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure for both on-premises and cloud-based applications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical incident response and resolution.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Windows server administration and engineering.
MS Azure
- Strong experience with Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings, including Azure Active Directory and Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Experience with system monitoring tools and backup/recovery solutions.
- Familiarity with compliance and security standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or PCI DSS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
