Job Responsibilities:
- Organize and planning of feed stocks, raw materials, and packaging based on production needs
- Schedule deliveries and provide forecasts to suppliers
- Coordinate production planning to meet targets
- Supervise raw materials and maintain accurate inventory data in SAP
- Verify invoices and handle month-end closing
- Lead quarterly cycle counts
- Plan and raise production orders considering manufacturing processes and lead times
- Liaise with purchasing, operations, order management departments, and other stakeholders to meet customer requirements
- Monitor inventory control based on forecasts, sales demand, and customer agreements
- Optimize utilization of all available machinery and equipment
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in a comparable manufacturing plant setting, preferably in plastic injection
- Proficient in Production or Materials Planning
- Familiarity with MRP systems such as QAD, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Skilled in sales and planning team coordination
- Capable of managing build plans and overseeing project management, from order initiation to fulfillment
- Exposure or proficiency in assembly is advantageous
