An Operational Risk Manager opportunity has recently opened at an established Life Insurer.
If you are a seasoned Operational Risk professional who is looking for new challenges to strengthen your capabilities within a regional life insurer, this is the role for you.
This is a permanent position based in Singapore.
Your Responsibilities:
• Assess potential risks for company's business
• Review and execute company risk frameworks, policies, and procedures
• Foster close collaboration across departments to identify, assess, and monitor significant operational risks within the business units e.g. due diligence, risk culture
• Assist multi-level stakeholders of various business units to ensure the effective implementation of risk monitoring, risk initiatives etc.
Your Qualifications:
• Min. 7 years experience within operational risk, advantageous if you possess IT Risk background
• Familiarity with MAS regulations regarding risk framework for insurance
• Strong understanding of business model and operations within insurance
• Possess strong stakeholder management skills
