Responsibilities:
- Execute the operational effectiveness of the E-Learning system (Blackboard) and the Video streaming system (Echo 360) in line with the Institute’s business rules and processes
- Support Blended/ E-Learning projects for the Institute
- Support other E-Learning functions that will drive the Institute to be proficient with the available tools and technology
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (IT) / Multimedia / Network / Instructional Design or relevant qualification
- Experience in managing IT School operation and E-Learning support for internal and external stakeholders, such as staff and students
- Experience in managing system administration of Blackboard, Echo360 or other LMS system
- Good knowledge of Windows Servers, network operations, PC troubleshooting, multimedia and video recording
