Responsibilities: -
- Handle and reply to customer’s sales/product enquiries via telephone & email.
- Preparing of sales quotation(s) to Local/Oversea customers.
- Provide simple technical product advice to customers
- Process Local/Overseas sales order, liaise and coordinate with Purchaser/Supplier timely delivery.
- Collaborate with Robotic team members for Projects Sales order.
- Preparing of shipment documents (Proforma Invoice, Packing list) + Liaise with freight forwarder for Oversea shipping.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
This is an immediate position. We are looking for suitable candidate who is able to start work immediately
Requirements: -
ITE/Diploma in Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering
Those with working experience in related industrial control automation industries will have an added advantage.
Pleasant personality and an interest to communicate and liase with customers
Fresh graduates may also apply
