Responsibilities:
- Meet monthly and yearly sales and EBT targets by effectively implementing service sales strategies and tactics.
- Engage with current clients to generate leads and convert them into orders.
- Enhance revenue growth and profitability by promoting and selling service solutions.
- Introduce and advocate service concepts to our established customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Application Engineering, Software Development) to deliver technical solutions meeting client needs.
- Work with the service business unit colleagues to devise obsolescence management and implementation plans with clients.
- Monitor customer feedback and Net Promoter Scores, initiating discussions as necessary to enhance service quality.
- Ensure accurate data maintenance in global tools such as Salesforce and SharePoint.
- Discuss and invoice billable incident tickets promptly with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalation management within the company and client organization.
- Lead sales negotiations and see them through to closure.
- Develop and renew Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as needed.
- Cultivate enduring customer relationships.

- Diploma in Engineering or related field with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
