- Preparation of loan letters of offer;
- Processing of loan documents;
- Creation of loans in the system;
- Maintain the filing of documents and data housekeeping;
- Submit reports to ESG; and
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of work experience in Operations or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
